Allow your child living inside you to speak out loud your wants and your needs, allow yourself to be successful in your own way. It is not always easy to say what you want and not feel selfish. Yes, it is right to help others, to care for others but never ever sacrifice yourself for others. You are as important as all the people around you.

4. Go out of your comfort zone

You will see that doing things you have never done before will enrich your life and you will feel and be successful again.
5. Be unstoppable
